Your toddler, given the job they clearly already have

Twelve years of teaching and I can tell you: every small child is already employed, we just don't pay them. One photo of ours in the overalls, job title in the box — I wrote 'regional manager' — and back came the office: him at a desk too big for him, lanyard down to his knees, sticky notes he cannot read, that exact expression aimed at a quarterly chart. The expression is the whole thing. It's the one he gives me when dinner is wrong. Tweak: 'mid crisis meeting'. I am framing it.
