We have this photo from every holiday since 1998: four people in a neat row, and behind them, already coming, the thing nobody has noticed yet. So I fed one in and got the picture my brother-in-law's camera was too slow for. Same row, same swim shorts, three completely different reactions, and my father-in-law standing exactly as before because he has never once flinched at anything. Tweak: 'make it knee-deep and nobody moves' is the family favourite.
