Ran a BBQ joint for 11 years and just saw my shop written up like this: "Charcoal control is steady, kidney cuts are perfectly cooked," with a little symbol and "worth a special trip." My wife said it was shameless, then printed it out and taped it by the register. Now customers won't stop taking photos of it.
