The short version
Cuevi is a community for sharing and trying AI prompts. Be decent to each other, only post what you have the right to post, and don't abuse the AI features. Using Cuevi means you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
Your account
You need to be at least 13 years old to use Cuevi. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — you're responsible for what happens on your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
Your content
Prompts, comments, and anything else you post stay yours. By posting, you give Cuevi permission to host, display, and translate your content (we auto-translate posts between English and Chinese so everyone can read them), and you let other members view, vote on, and remix your prompts within Cuevi — that's the point of the forum. Only post content you have the right to share.
Acceptable use
Don't use Cuevi to post anything illegal, hateful, or harassing. Don't spam, scrape at scale, work around usage limits, or probe our security. Don't upload photos of other people without their permission. We remove content and accounts that cross these lines.
AI features
Featured apps and prompt scoring are powered by third-party AI services. AI output can be wrong, weird, or unfair — treat results as entertainment and inspiration, not professional advice (the MBTI reading is a fun guess, not a psychological assessment). Photos you upload are processed to generate your result and are not stored — details in the privacy policy.
Plans, credits, and payments
Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card details. Pro subscriptions renew monthly; you can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Credits never expire but can't be exchanged for cash. Usage limits exist to keep the AI features fast and fair for everyone and may be adjusted over time. Where the law gives you refund rights, those always apply.
Ending things
You can delete your account anytime in settings — that removes your profile and content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice for serious violations.
The legal bits
Cuevi is provided "as is" — we work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Cuevi evolves. If a change is significant, we'll flag it on the site. Continuing to use Cuevi after a change means you accept the updated terms.
