Four remotes on my mum's coffee table and between them she touches about five buttons. This is the tech support call I have had ninety times. Photographed the pile and got back one remote built out of those four — same grey plastic, same volume button rubbed shiny — with five buttons on it and nothing else. She asked me where she could buy it. I have not recovered.
