2am, you open the fridge, and it's the moon

no shelves. just craters running away from the door seal and earth sitting low in a black sky. the door shelves still have my chilli oil and an out-of-date yoghurt, and the cling-filmed leftovers are sitting in front of the lunar horizon. the fridge is the only light in the kitchen, which is exactly how 2am works anyway.
