the back of the wardrobe is gone and there is a snowfield behind my coats, with one lamp burning a long way out on it. a drift has come over the bottom rail and half-buried an actual slipper. you can type whatever you want behind the clothes — someone in the comments did a launderette at 3am and it's better than mine.
