Cookbook photo vs my attempt: the gap report
made the pinterest lemon tart. mine came out looking like a hazard. sent both photos in and got the actual reasons — not 'practice more', but 'your oven ran hot (see the edges) and you skipped the sieve (see the lumps)'. attempt two was... presentable. we're calling that a win.
