The arm's-length photo, with the part your arm couldn't reach

Designer problem, universal cause: an arm is about 70cm and a cathedral is not. Every travel photo I own is three faces and a doorway. This pulls the frame back and lets the place finish — the rest of the building, the sky above it, the square either side — while the three of us stay exactly as badly composed as we were. No new people, nobody's face touched. Tweak: 'pull back until the whole square is in' turns a selfie into a postcard.
